📋 How to Use
- Select a Preset: Choose Tabata (20s work, 10s rest, 8 rounds), HIIT (30s work, 15s rest, 10 rounds), or Custom to set your own intervals.
- Configure Settings: Adjust work duration, rest duration, number of rounds, and cooldown time as needed.
- Start Workout: Click the Start button to begin your workout. The timer will automatically cycle through work and rest periods.
- Pause/Reset: Use Pause to temporarily stop the timer, or Reset to start over with your current settings.
- Visual Feedback: The circular progress ring shows time remaining in the current phase. Dots at the bottom indicate your progress through rounds.
- Sound Notifications: Enable sound to get audio cues when phases change (works in most browsers).
- No Installation Needed: This timer works entirely in your browser with no internet connection required after loading.
